We will have nutrition talks for all players & the fun and interaction drills you're all used to. This year we will have superior accommodations at DCU Glasnevin Campus.

Below are some key differences & information you should be aware of for the Rip'n'Run basketball camp, located at the DCU Glasnevin.
For players who are staying on the DCU campus.
Players who have opted for the day camp and will not stay on site.
There will be meals provided for all players of the Rip'n'Run camp.
We recommend bringing a draw string bag or gear bag for day campers.
There will be a camp shop situated on the DCU campus.
There will be a warm-up provided each morning for all players
Players will have access to the swimming pool on the Wednesday of each week.
Players will have access to the weight room & will receive a weight program
The 2022 Rip'n'Run Summer basketball camp will be located at the DCU Glasnevin campus in Dublin this year. Please do not show up at our office address as this is not where the camp is situated. We will release an update on the move and what you can expect at this years camp in the coming days.

Before arriving at the camp this year, you should bring the following essentials if you are opting for the residential camp:
The residential and non residential will be the same Rip'n'Run experience with the only major difference being residential players will stay on the DCU campus each night. No, this year we will not be running an early bird promotion for our camp.
The accommodation at DCU is state of the art, with bed linen and changes being provided. There will only be one player to a room in this new venue.
We will do our best to put you in a room beside your requested player. Please be aware that all requests cannot be guaranteed as it will depend on room availability. This year there will only be allowed two players to a room.
Yes. We have separate floors and corridors for both male and female players. To ensure safety and comfort of our players, each corridor is under the supervision of staff of the same gender.
All players should aim to arrive between 2pm and 3pm. We cannot accommodate players who arrive before or after these hours, so please ensure you plan your journey time and preparations accordingly.
Yes. Meals are provided for all of our players. If you avail of the residential option, you will receive three meals per day. If you avail of the non residential option, you will be provided lunch each day.
Yes, players must bring their own basketball to camp. There will be basketballs to purchase at our on site shop if you need to purchase one before camp starts.
All non residential players must be collected from the Rip'n'Run & DCU campus at 7pm each evening. Residential campers must be gone from the DCU campus on the last day of camp before 11am.
